BARAC National Co-Chair and BARAC Women's Officer both spoke at the Women's Assembly Against Austerity at Conway Hall on 22nd of February 2014, part of the People's Assembly.
They spoke about the disproportionate impact of cuts and austerity on black women, institutional racism, multiple discrimination, community organising and BARAC's call for a national boycott on all non-essential contact with the police until they accept they are institutionally racist.
